Program/Project Manager

Gentech Sensors Inc. is looking for a Program Manager

Gentech is a UK based electronics company providing a wide range of customised products and solutions to global clients in the sensors and truck market.

The position and remuneration of the person will depend entirely on his/her ability to manage operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects.

Job Description

• Serve as liaison with client to manage all aspects of programs.
• Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies.
• Continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Maintains lasting client relationships.
• Ensures practice delivers superior solutions to clients.
• Provides senior level resolution to client issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies

Desired Profile

• Knowledge of QS9000 and TS16949 procedures used in the truck market.
• Good written and verbal skills.
• Technical qualification appropriate to electro mechanical /electronics design environment.
• Follow through in all efforts with good organisational skills.
• General working knowledge of the sensors and truck market.
• Demonstrated capability of having monitored program status including customer and company-developed metrics, costs, schedules, work in progress, technical and resource availability.
